What is Brüush’s warranty policy?

Brüush offers all our customers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if your Brüush electric toothbrush is defective due to a fault in the materials or workmanship in the construction and manufacture of the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

If your Brüush is defective, please email us at support@bruush.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number (Proof of Purchase)
  2. Email Address and/or Name used when purchasing
  3. Detailed description of the issue/damage
  4. A video that would support the issue being reported

Once received, we will review it and proceed with the replacement process, if necessary

The warranty does not cover the individual brush head kits. Additionally, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damages such as scratches, chips and fading caused by:

- Normal wear and tear from using the product

- Damage caused by misuse

- Tampered product

- Repairs not authorized by Brüush

If there are any cosmetic damages to the product prior to use, you must contact support@bruush.com within 5 business days of delivery.
