I’ve already updated my shipping address, but it is still being shipped to my old address! Why?
It looks like your address was updated on the Order History page and not your Customer Portal. You can update your Customer Portal with your new shipping address by following the instructions below:
4. Under FAQs > Return Policy:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page
3. Go to the Shipping Addresses tab
4. Click on your current shipping address
5. Input your new information
6. Click on “Update shipping address” to save your changes
