Have enough brush heads right now? No problem. When you log into your account, you can edit your plan.
- Log into your account
- Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page
- Go to the Subscriptions tab
- Click on the active subscription that you want to edit
- Click on “Skip this order” at the bottom of the page
- Click on “Skip this order” again on the pop-up message to confirm
Skips must be done before the date your brush heads are scheduled to be processed. You will however, receive a refill reminder via email 5 days prior.
