Can I return my brush heads?
If your replacement brush heads were processed before you can cancel your subscription
or update your Customer Portal, please email us at support@bruush.com. You have three options to choose from:
- Accept the package without a refund
- Catch the delivery person at the door, wherein you may refuse the package and it will get sent back to us.
- If your package gets delivered, we can send you a Return Label to send your unopened package back to us. Please note that a return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
