Can I return my brush heads?

If your replacement brush heads were processed before you can cancel your subscription

or update your Customer Portal, please email us at support@bruush.com. You have three options to choose from:

  1. Accept the package without a refund
  2. Catch the delivery person at the door, wherein you may refuse the package and it will get sent back to us.
  3. If your package gets delivered, we can send you a Return Label to send your unopened package back to us. Please note that a return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
