Which brushing techniques work best with Brüush?

Gone are the days of manually ‘scrubbing’ your teeth - let Brüush do the work! Simply position the brush head at a 45-degree angle along your gum line and glide across with light pressure. To avoid toothpaste spatter, remember to only press power once the brush head is in your mouth.

What are the different cleaning modes? What do they do?

We’ve designed 6 different modes for every type of brusher.

Daily: Suitable for everyday use, the Daily mode utilizes 31,000 brush strokes per minute to efficiently remove plaque and provide a thorough clean.

White: White mode penetrates deep with stronger vibrations to remove tough surface stains for a brilliant polish.

Gentle: For those with sensitive teeth and gums, this mode cleans with subtler sonic pulses.

Gum: Focusing on gum health, this mode’s vibration pattern is ideal to gently massage around the gum line and promote blood circulation.

Max: For those hard-to-reach problem areas, the Max mode digs deep with a unique pattern of sonic vibrations for a thorough power clean lasting 3 minutes.

Tongue: The tongue cleaner is located on the back of the toothbrush head. Fight bad breath by gently massaging the tongue cleaner up and down the tongue’s surface.

How does the 2-minute timer and quadpacer work?

Dental professionals recommend that you should spend at least two minutes brushing your teeth for a thorough clean. The quadpacer ensures you’re spending enough time in each section of your mouth. You will feel a slight pause every 30 seconds, prompting you to move to the next section. After 2 minutes, your Brüush automatically shuts off!

I have sensitive teeth and gums - is Brüush the right fit?

Absolutely! The soft bristles are easy on the gums (but tough on plaque!) and we even designed a Gentle mode that cleans deep without wear and tear along your gum line.

Can I use Brüush if I have braces or dental restorations (fillings, crowns, veneers, etc.)?

Your Brüush is safe to use on braces and dental restorations. For additional guidance, consult your dental professional.

Is Brüush suitable for children?

Consult your family dentist before letting your child brush their teeth with Brüush. Unless otherwise directed by your dentist, Brüush is suitable for children 13 and up.

Is Brüush waterproof?

Brüush has been built with a water-resistant shell and is perfect for use in the shower!

What type of bristles are used on the Brüush head?

Under the recommendation of dental professionals and experts, the Brüush bristles were designed with Dupont Tynex nylon, one of the industry's highest quality bristle materials. These extra soft bristles are effective in fighting plaque, yet gentle on the gum line. To maximize effectiveness, our brush heads pack more soft bristles than leading competitors.

What type of bristles are used on the Brüush head?

Dental professionals recommend rotating out your toothbrush head every 2 months to avoid bacteria growth and odor, and ensure the most effective brushing. That’s why our subscription service sends you 3 brush heads every 6 months, to keep things fresh and healthy.

Can I use a Brüush head on another electric toothbrush?

Our replacement heads are custom designed for Brüush brushes only.

Charging

How long does a full charge last?

Brüush has industry-leading battery life. Brush your teeth regularly for up to 4 weeks without having to charge!

How do I know I am low battery?

When your Brüush needs a recharge, the indicator light on the handle will flash red 10 times immediately after it is powered down.

How long does it take Brüush to fully charge?

A full charge takes approximately 24 hours. However, you don’t need to wait until it dies completely to recharge it. Brüush is built with a lithium ion battery that has no “memory effect”, allowing you to charge it at any point during its battery life without damage. We recommend storing your Brüush on the charge stand when not in use.

What are the power requirements?

Brüush can be used with common worldwide voltages between 100-240V AC, at either 50 or 60Hz. A simple plug adapter is all that is required.

Can I charge my Brüush using my computer or a USB port?

Yes, you can do both! Simply plug into a computer or a wall socket via the USB charging cable.

Subscription Plans

Are there different subscription plans?

Our default subscription plan is 3 replacement heads every 6 months. However, you have full control over your subscription. You can change the frequency you receive your brush heads and edit as often as necessary by logging into your account.

4. Click on “Order Frequency”

5. Change the frequency to whatever you like

6. Click on “Update Frequency” to save your changes

Is the subscription service mandatory?

Nope! You can purchase Brüush on its own, without the subscription. Just click ‘Try Brüush’ and select ‘One-Time Purchase’.

How do I know when my next delivery is scheduled?

You can view when your upcoming refill is due by logging into your account and going to the Home tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Easily cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

4. Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page

Can I skip my upcoming refill?

Have enough brush heads right now? No problem. When you log into your account, you can edit your plan.

5. Click on “Skip this order” again on the pop-up message to confirm

I’ve already updated my shipping address, but it is still being shipped to my old address! Why?

Looks like your address was updated on the Order History page and not your Customer Portal.


You can update your Customer Portal with your new shipping address by following  the instructions below: 

1. Log into your account 

2. Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page 

3. Go to the Shipping Addresses tab 

4. Click on your current shipping address 

5. Input your new information 

6. Click on “Update shipping address” to save your changes 

Ordering & Delivery

Can I buy a Brüush as a gift?

Now that’s a great idea! Simply enter the delivery address of the lucky recipient and we’ll make sure it gets there. If this gift was bought with a Refill Plan, please email us at support@bruush.com with the receivers’ email and we will transfer the profile to their name. We will then send them instructions on how to update the shipping, billing, and payment information accordingly to manage their subscription.

Where can I see my purchase history?

You can view all of your orders by logging into your account and going to the Purchase History tab.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please contact support@bruush.com so we can assist you with modifying or cancelling your order.

My address has changed. Where do I update my address?

If you just placed your order and need to change your address, please contact support@bruush.com

If you need to update your address for your subscription, you can make changes by logging into your account.

2. Go to the Shipping Addresses tab

3. Click on your current shipping address

4. Input your new information

5. Click on “Update shipping address” to save your changes

What countries does Brüush ship to?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping is free and there are no duties.

I just placed an order. When will it ship and how long will it take?

After placing your order, it takes up to 1-2 business days for your order to process. After your order is processed, you can expect your Brüush to arrive within approximately 5-7 business days using standard delivery.

My Brüush hasn’t arrived or was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

Contact customer support at support@bruush.com and we’ll get you taken care of right away.

Warranty & Maintenance

What is Brüush’s warranty policy?

If your Brüush is defective, please email us at support@bruush.com with the following information:

a. Order Number (Proof of Purchase) 

b. Email Address and/or Name used when purchasing 

c. Detailed description of the issue/damage 

d. A video that would support the issue being reported 

Once received, we will review it and proceed with the replacement process, if necessary.


If you have purchased your Brüush through Jilly Box, Amazon, or other third-party seller, kindly email us at support@bruush.com with the following information:

  • Order Confirmation email showing your Order Number and Order Date
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • A video that would support the issue being reported

Brüush offers all our customers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if your Brüush electric toothbrush is defective due to a fault in the materials or workmanship in the construction and manufacture of the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

How do I clean my Brüush?

After brushing, simply wipe your Brüush with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure all residue is removed from the handle and shaft to keep your Brüush in tip top shape! For a more thorough clean, detach the brush head and wipe the metal shaft and the top of the handle with a soft, dmp cloth as well. This will ensure no erosion occurs from the gradual build up of residue.

How do I dispose of my Brüush?

Brush heads can be discarded in regular household waste. However, the handle contains batteries and/or recyclable electronic waste. For environment protection, do not dispose of any e-waste in household waste. For recycling, please take it to the electronic waste collection provided in your country.

I got my Brüush through Jilly Box, how can I claim the warranty?

If you got your Brüush through Jilly Box, kindly visit this link to activate your 2-year warranty, and then email us at support@bruush.com with the following information:

  • Order Confirmation email showing your Order Number and Order Date
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • A video that would support the issue being reported

Return Policy

How does the 90-day return policy work?

We’re perfectly confident in the product we’ve made. This is why we provide a return policy that gives you 90 days (from the date of delivery) to make sure Brüush is the right fit for you.

If you’re not satisfied with your Brüush, simply contact customer support at support@bruush.com with your order number.

Can I return my brush heads?

If your replacement brush heads were processed before you can cancel your subscription or update your Customer Portal, please email us at support@bruush.com.  
You have three options to choose from: 

1. the package without a refund 

2. Catch the delivery person at the door, wherein you may refuse the package and it will get sent back to us.

3. If your package gets delivered, we can send you a Return Label to send your unopened package back to us.


Please note that a return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Where is Brüush made?

The BRUUSH is made in China at a world-class manufacturing facility.

What kind of battery does Brüush have?

The BRUUSH uses a high-capacity lithium battery rated for hundreds of charge cycles for  years of reliable use.

What is the Noise Level of Brüush?

The noise level is less than 40db at 18 inches (1.5ft) which we would equate to very soft talking.

Why am I being charged in USD?

Brüush is a Canadian company but all products on our website are currently sold in USD. This is due to business reasons, but we definitely do understand the inconvenience this causes to our Canadian customers. As we grow, we are working on ways to have a Canadian site and offer all our products in CAD.
