Are there different subscription plans?
Our default subscription plan is 3 replacement brush heads every 6 months. However, you have full control over your subscription. You can change the frequency you receive your brush heads and edit as often as necessary by logging into your account.
- Log into your account
- Click on "Manage Subscription & Address" on the Order History page
- Go to the Subscriptions tab
- Click on the active subscription that you want to edit
- Click on “Order Frequency”
- Change the frequency to whatever you like
- Click on “Update Frequency” to save your changes
